India Consent: I consent to SSF Global facilitating medical case review, healthcare coordination, communication with treating doctors and hospitals, visa invitation and travel assistance where applicable, and sharing relevant information with selected healthcare providers for purpose of facilitating my care, subject to applicable law and Privacy Policy.

International Referral Consent
I consent to SSF Global facilitating sharing of relevant medical information with selected doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers in India, Morocco, and/or Turkey for purpose of obtaining medical opinions, treatment options, estimates, and healthcare coordination, subject to applicable law and my consent.
How We Handle Your Enquiry Data
What the website collects
When you submit the patient enquiry form, we collect the details you provide — patient name, age, country, city, phone or WhatsApp number, email, preferred language, diagnosis or medical condition, the treatment you are seeking, your message, and any medical reports you attach (PDF or image files).
How it is transmitted and stored
Your submission travels over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS). It is stored in our access-controlled content management system and delivered by email only to the named SSF Global care team through our email service provider (Resend). It is never published on the website, sold, or shared with advertisers.
Who can see it
Only the SSF Global patient management team members assigned to your case. Where a specialist medical opinion is needed, relevant medical information is shared with the treating hospital or doctor — that sharing is covered by the consent you give on the form and the International Referral Consent below.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry records and uploaded reports are kept only as long as needed to coordinate your care and meet legal obligations, and are then purged under our retention schedule. You may request deletion of your enquiry data at any time by writing to cc@ssf-global.com — we confirm every deletion in writing.
Your choices
The form requires your explicit consent before submission. If you prefer not to use the website form, you can share your details directly on WhatsApp or by email — the same privacy standards apply on every channel.
